The Company's primordial concern is to ensure that your privacy is duly protected.  Should we ask certain information from you by which you can be identified whenever you access your account information with us, nevertheless we assure you that such information will only be used in accordance with the policy set forth by this privacy statement. 

Attention Coach is firm on its policy in protecting the confidentiality and security of the information we collect from our clients. We do not share any client's non-public personal information with unaffiliated third parties.  Your information will only be shared with your prior written consent except for the specific purposes enumerated below, in accordance with all applicable laws.  Kindly read this policy very carefully as it will provide you with important information about how we handle your personal information.

The Company limits the collection and use of non-public personal information to the minimum and only to the extent which is reasonably necessary to deliver excellent and superior service to our clients.  These services can include advising you about your current health and psychological status, challenges, medications, coaching, opportunities and other services arising thereto, to enable you to efficiently and effectively cope up with your Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).

We obtain the most non-public information directly from you or your health providers whether in person, by telephone or electronically. 

We may obtain the following information:

• Contact information which includes your home address, email address, business address, home telephone numbers and business telephone numbers; 
• Medicare Information; 
• Employee Identification Numbers; 
• Billing and Payment Information; 
• Accounts, transactions, interactions and clinical notes, with us or through us.

Attention Coach treats every information provided to us with utmost diligence, as such we do not disclose any kind of non-public information about our clients or former clients to anyone, except when we believe it to be necessary in the conduct of our business, or when such disclosure is required by law.  Except on those stated specific, limited situations, without your written consent obtained prior, we will not make any disclosure of non-public personal information to other entities who may want to sell their products or services to you.
